Shipping Conditions
Products are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed. You will a receive tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. All shippings are registered and insured.
How to Return / Exchange
After filling in the form above, please ship your shoes to our warehouse:
Please include a copy of your receipt, and updated contact information and in case you wish to have an exchange, clearly state the item you would like to exchange for. If you have any questions please contact us at shop@officinalisboa.com.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your shoes are in any way defective / faulty we will cover all return shipping costs, and issue a full refund. Please reach us at shop@officinalisboa.com for instructions.
If you got the wrong size by our mistake, we will also exchange it for free and cover all the return shipping costs.
Unless you received a faulty/defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 Hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Outside the EU, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Sale items do not qualify for free returns in the EU. Please drop us an email at shop@officinalisboa.com for instructions.
